Yi-Xiang Sun

Shawn is a Ph.D. student in Engineering Education at Virginia Tech. He earned a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Geography  from National Taiwan University in 2020 and 2023, respectively. His research focuses on building responsible engineering talent workforce and ethical engineering design for critical and emerging technologies. He plans to do his MS in Computer Science with focus on robot/AI ethics education at the trim lab. He is also a boba tea lover and swiftie.
