Yeana, L. Bond

Computer Science, Ph.D. Student

Yeana is a PhD student in Computer Science. Her research interests include human-computer interaction, affective computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and the intersection of computer science/engineering and the performing arts (especially music). She received a Bachelor's in Adaptive Physical Education from Korea National Sport University, and she worked for several years as a special education teacher in South Korea. Yeana completed her BS in Computer Science at California State University, Bakersfield before relocating to Blacksburg to enroll at Virginia Tech and join the tri-M Lab.
